
ABOUT BRADLEY TELLIS
Bradley Tellis is a Bombay-based guitarist, producer, and DJ with over 15 years of experience shaping India’s evolving musical landscape. His work spans live performance, studio production, and collaborations that blend organic instrumentation with contemporary electronic textures. A founding member of the pop-rock band The Colour Compound and the electronic alias Schlick, Bradley’s creative identity thrives on versatility—balancing songwriting, arrangement, and production across a spectrum of musical styles. Recognised for his distinctive sonic sensibility and adaptability across formats, he has performed on some of India’s most prestigious stages, including NH7 Weekender, Sunburn, The Mahindra Blues Festival, Independence Rock, and Lollapalooza India.
In the studio, Bradley works as a producer, arranger, and mixer, blending live instrumentation with modern production to craft emotionally resonant work across indie, pop, electronic, and cinematic genres. His credits include producing “Hum Yahin” for the Bollywood film Madgaon Express, composing the score for Meta’s 2022 Business Summit showcase, and releasing music through cutting-edge Indian indie labels such as First Wave, Krunk Kulture, Misfits.in, and Indica Records. Bradley has collaborated with key figures in India’s music scene, including legendary producer Miti Adhikari and music supervisor Ankur Tewari, lending his sound to projects that prioritise strong songwriting and nuanced, expressive production. His studio and stage work continue to reflect a commitment to authenticity and cross-genre exploration.
Previously, he co-founded The Sobo House of Music, a vocal training institute in South Bombay, where he helped define the school’s early creative and educational direction. He also consults with music promoters and artist agencies, offering insights into creative strategy and artist development within the industry. Whether on stage, in the studio, or helping shape the next wave of Indian talent, Bradley brings clarity, curiosity, and creative depth to every project he touches.
